Return Policy

Bossed Up Boutique only accepts returns/exchanges NO REFUNDS!

 

Customers are responsible for shipping cost on all returns. All returns/exchanges must meet the following criteria:

  •  You must contact by email within 72 hours of delivery .
  •  Item must be unused, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  • (No Returns on sale)
  •  All Accessory is Strictly Final Sell

  

If the criteria isn’t met, or the item is damaged you will be ineligible for a return/exchange and your item will be returned back to you. You are responsible for all shipping cost .

 

If all  criteria is met within 5-7 business days a store credit will be issued. No Refunds.
